==     Troubleshooting Installation
============================================================================

The following items are intended for those users having problems installing
the KLN 89B Simulator software:

   (1)	When I'm trying to install the KLN 89B Simulator software, it gives me
	an error when attempting to read the floppy disk.

	Some of the most common reasons for this error are either having
	a dirty disk drive or the diskette is defective.

	If you experience disk read errors with other floppies, then you
	most likely need to clean your disk drive and try again. Disk drive
	cleaning kits are available at most computer stores.

	If you are not experiencing problems with other floppies, then it's
	an indication that the floppy disk is defective. You may contact
	AlliedSignal for replacement diskettes.
